Meet the Co-founders of Canada Motor Jobs

Canada Motor Jobs was started in 2019 by automotive enthusiasts and professionals Sylvain Marcotte and Louis-Martin Jannard. Marcotte has more than 20 years of experience working in car dealerships and corporate restructuring. This experience has given him a deep understanding of the challenges of finding skilled automotive workers.

Jannard is similarly a respected and experienced automotive professional. A first-class certified technician, he previously worked as a professor at the School of Motorized Equipment Trade, and a training manager at the Parity Committee of the Automotive Services Industry. This motivated him to launch Auto-Jobs.ca in 2005 and Casaweb Consulting in 2008.

The two decided to combine their passion, knowledge, and experience to create an online recruitment site that would ensure that no business ever has to struggle to find a skilled automotive mechanic or other auto professional again.
