Business Manager Careers

Take business manager training to become an automotive industry F&I manager

Formal f&I manager training prepares you for a rewarding career as an Automotive Business Manager, a critically important position that requires nothing less than 110 competency.

A fully training f&I manager is highly valued because he or she has the expertise to handle wide ranging responsibilities, including the sale of more flexible consumer friendly products, finance and vehicle leasing.

Despite ongoing restructuring, the automotive industry remains one of the world’s largest and most important business sectors. Moreover, a surge in demand is expected as consumers make purchases that would normally have been made in the last two years.

Need another reason to invest in f&i manager training? Job Futures 2000 predicts that more than one-third of all jobs created in Canada will require a skilled trade designation or a college diploma.

David R. Lennox Transportation Operations and Dispatching

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the staff at the ATC for their dedication to the Dispatching & Transportation Operations program. When I first walked through the front door I was greeted by Rebecca, Ricardo, and then it just got better. Once in the classroom, Jerry made us feel like we were going to conquer the world.

When I first started I wondered what had I gotten into, but as the weeks went by and I immersed myself in the weekly segments, I found that I could learn and retain what Jerry was trying to teach us. Jerry’s vast knowledge of the trucking industry was very much appreciated and made it so that I wanted to learn more.

Jerry seemed to like giving us lots of tests, but in the end it paid off, with 19 weeks in class, 4 weeks out in practicum, and then a final week to refresh and study for the final exam was very fulfilling.

I also enjoyed how all the staff encouraged us to stick with it and that in the end it would be worth it, and would take the time to talk with us even though we were all very busy.

Once again, thank you for all the help!
