Distance Learning Policies at ATC
- Distance Learning products are non returnable if the original package has been opened.
- To receive an 80% refund, the distance learning product has to be in its original packaging and it must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date.
- Return shipments damaged in transit will not be accepted. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. A brief note clearly stating the reason for the return must be attached in the packaging.
- If the item you received is damaged, please call Customer Support Distance Learning at 1-888-546-2886.
- Since proof of delivery is required to meet ATC refund policies, use of a traceable carrier is recommended..
- ATC will not be responsible for materials shipped via regular mail.
- ATC Online Training Programs are not currently offered to residents of Ontario
