Auto Service Operations Skills Training

The Auto Service Operations faculty combines classroom theory with practical hands-on training. Upon graduation, students will be able to properly complete a hand written or computerized damage report for an auto body repair shop, insurance company or fleet and rental outlet. They will also be capable of providing excellent customer service, or serving as a liaison with the technicians that service and repair cars.

Courses in the Auto Service Operations faculty also focus on the procedures and methods used to manage a repair or maintenance service from start to finish. This includes communicating with a customer to identify what automotive repair work needs to be done, passing this information on to a technician and managing the entire process to ensure customer satisfaction.

Daniel Garofalo Automotive Service Technician

I chose ATC because it was a short 6 month course and I wanted to get the wheels of my career turning. 4 hours a day of in school, out in the market in 6 months: the main reasons why I chose ATC. It’s a short take and it let me be able to keep my daily routine. I recommend ATC for people that want to study in mechanic and that know the value of dollars. By going to private school, you have more chance to study with people like that: serious. If you can afford it, it’s definitely the way to go.
