Thank you for helping me with my new career as a Business Manager, I’m currently the Financial Services Manager at Three Point Mercedes Benz.

I came in to the program from a career in retail but no experience within the Automotive Industry. I walked into the school that first day being at the lowest point in my life but with a commitment to rise above. From the moment I was first introduced to my instructor Arlie Hintz, I knew I had made a great decision to be a student at ATC. During the 2 week course I learned so much and Arlie gave me the confidence that I could and would excel in this career. I graduated the course with my mind full of new knowledge, an aura of confidence and the desire to be successful.

With-in a matter of weeks I had a part time Business Mangers position which quickly turned into a full time position at Three Point Mercedes Benz and Smart Centre. I have had great success working for a phenomenal dealership with an outstanding product line, and for this, I would like to thank ATC, their instructors and admissions staff. I ‘am now financially independent and this has made it possible for me to do the things I have always dreamed of doing. My life is good these days and ATC played a huge role in that and for this I ‘am sincerely grateful.

Being new to the Automotive Industry, I found that having the Business Manager’s course on my resume was critical to being recognized as a preferred candidate by prospective employers. Employers I spoke to commented that my commitment to completing this course indicated that I was serious about my career and it gained me favour in obtaining interviews.

We have since hired another graduate of the program as my Business Manager partner and found that her training at ATC helped her to be productive in our Dealership in within days of starting.

After only a year, my position is expanding into other aspects of Dealership Management and Leadership. There are tremendous opportunities ahead in this industry.
