The Hummer EV is also equipped with an 800-volt direct current, with a 350-kilowatt fast-charging capability that enables 160 kilometres of range in just ten minutes. The Hummer EV comes with a provided adaptor for the convenience of at-home charging, but with a slower charging time than public charging stations.

An Infotainment System With Game Engine Technology
GMC decided to go the extra mile when it comes to its infotainment system. They partnered with Fortnite video game makers, Epic Games, to add a state-of-the-art game engine technology – Unreal Engine – to their 13.4-inch display. Unreal Engine brings to life photorealistic visualizations and lifelike animation using a real-time 3D creation tool. The infotainment is also packed with the usual perks that come with modern cars these days, like Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, a Wi-Fi hotspot and GM’s own telematics system.
Telematics capture speed, location, vehicle faults, idling time, harsh acceleration or braking, fuel consumption and more. The infotainment is operated using an Android Automotive operating system with Google Assistant, which allows drivers to opt for voice command features.
