Returns must not be opened from its original packaging material.
Distance Learning products are non returnable for refund if the original package has been opened. For an 80% refund; all distance learning products must be returned within 30 days of the original invoice date and must be in their original packaging.
Return shipments damaged in transit will not be accepted. Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. A brief note clearly stating the reason for the return must be attached in the packaging.
If the item you received is damaged, please call Customer Support Distance Learning at 1-888-546-2886. Items should be shipped via a traceable carrier so that proof of delivery can be obtained. ATC will not be responsible for materials shipped via regular mail.
