In an industry as important to BC as the automotive industry, there’s always a lot going on locally. It’s worth noting the sheer size of the industry sometimes, and reminding prospective students of the tremendous job opportunities that currently exist. There’s never been a better time for auto mechanic training, auto body collision repair courses and auto sales programs.

Able Auto Body adds second location to join CSN collision & glass

Able Auto Body Owner Roger Roy worked for over fifteen years as an automotive paint technician before taking over as owner of the repair facility. The company has since expanded and grown, and, with locations in Surrey and Newton, it is now part of the CSN national network of repair shops.

Abbotsford recognizes Neil James for environmentalism

Neil James and his company, Ralph’s Auto Supply, have been honored with the first-ever Green Leader award at Abbotsford’s Environmental Leadership Awards held at the Ramada Plaza & Conference Centre. James was the founding father of the Canadian Auto Recyclers’ Environmental Code (CAREC), which was recently adopted by the city of Abbotsford.

Vancouver International Auto Show offers two luxury cars 

As if you needed any more reason to check out the Vancouver International Auto Show, it will will give away two luxury vehicles in its annual Dream Car Lottery.
