My experience at the Automotive Training Centre has jump started my life, for it has allowed me to finally work in the field I have dreamed about since I was a child. The teachers were really clear in their explanations of challenging concepts and it made me feel comfortable in class. The best part of the experience was, that most of the learning process took place in the shop. The part of having mostly hands on learning made it so much more easier for me to comprehend those challenging concepts and it put me in a learning environment that I could actually flourish in. Another great part about my school experience would have to be, after the program was over, I found a job immediately and it’s been the best job I have ever had. For those reasons, I would like to thank the teachers and staff of The Automotive Training Centre for providing me with a strong base to move forward in my automotive career.

The length of the program was a key for me, no time wasting. You finish fast, you’re out faster in the trade. I f you have a little knowledge in mechanics, you’ll triple that knowledge in the time you spend there. If you don’t know anything, you’ll still learn what you need to get started. Spending time with instructors that have knowledge and experience makes you get an edge; they always had an answer for the questions I asked, and they backed it up with theory. I like the place, it’s organized, the equipment is sufficient and up-to-date, they have flexible hours and your able to work while doing your schooling. After graduating, I got to work in a garage that mostly handles trucks and when they saw what I could do and what I learned at the school, they knew I was able to do the work. All this because of the way I handled the tools, and the experience I got from all the hands-on knowledge I got at ATC.

I chose to come to ATC because I was referred by a student that was already going there and he enjoyed the program very much. The length of the program is good as it is fast paced and there is no time wasted. With this training, I learned the “shortcuts” that are used in the industry, while still doing the right procedures. And all instructors provide you with equal amounts of knowledge and instruction. The length of the stage is good too, and on top of that, the stage counts on your hours and you get paid to do it! The flexible hours and the fact that the program is offered in French and in English is a plus. What’s also cool is that the school still help’s you after you’re done your training.

Where I work, they saw what I could do. And that’s because of what I learned at ATC. Right then, they knew they could trust me.

I chose ATC because it was a short 6 month course and I wanted to get the wheels of my career turning. 4 hours a day of in school, out in the market in 6 months: the main reasons why I chose ATC. It’s a short take and it let me be able to keep my daily routine. I recommend ATC for people that want to study in mechanic and that know the value of dollars. By going to private school, you have more chance to study with people like that: serious. If you can afford it, it’s definitely the way to go.

I really liked the teachers and the atmosphere and the school. After the course, I was well prepared to go out and find a job. I only had great reviews from the supervisors who revised my practicum. I even got hired at the garage where I did it! The Automotive Training Centre made me get to my goal: I’m now employed as an apprentice and I’m starting my career in the mechanical field.

At first my cousin talked to me about this school and told me it was really good. When I came to Montréal, I saw that this program was really interesting. The way the instructor teach us the program, it’s made for people that want to work in the trade. Our instructor, Michel, is a really good guy. He made us practice enough so that we are ready to get in the trade.

One day my cousin saw me work on her car and she thought it was really interesting; I told her that I learned everything at Automotive Training Centres. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give ATC an 8.5!

At first, I had doubts about L’École de L’Automobile’s ability to provide me with the necessary knowledge for this career; mainly because of the length of the program they offer.

I had done three months in another school before, and it was boring so I quit. I really thought I wasted my time during these three months. At L’École de L’Automobile, I learned more in the first week then I did during the whole time I was at the other school.

At L’École de L’Automobile, the pace is fast and you need to be ready to work hard. I was studying a couple hours a night to make sure I succeeded. But my efforts really paid off. Shortly after I was done studying, I landed a job that was referred by the school.

I really enjoyed the smaller classes we had (fifteen students compared to thirty at my other school). L’École de L’Automobile offers a very efficient and professional learning experience. The teachers have great mechanical and educational skills.

Going to L’École de L’Automobile was definitely a positive experience for me and it gave me a new career.

À l’École de l’Automobile, si tu travailles fort, alors tu apprendras beaucoup. Les quatre heures de cours par jour passaient très vite et je serais resté plus longtemps. Cet horaire m’a toutefois permis d’occuper un emploi pendant mes études.

La bonne base que je suis venu chercher à l’École m’a donné le goût d’aller encore plus loin en faisant éventuellement des cours de niveau avancé au CPA. J’ai particulièrement appris beaucoup sur l’électricité, l’électronique et l’utilisation du scanneur. Maintenant j’aimerais en savoir davantage sur la transmission.

Mon professeur Michel a été excellent et je tiens à le remercier. Merci aussi à toute l’équipe pour tout ce que vous avez fait. Les 22 semaines de ma formation ont passé très vite et soyez certain que je reviendrai vous saluer !

Mon passage à l’École de l’Automobile a été une expérience des plus positives. Ceci m’a permis d’atteindre mon objectif tout de suite à la fin de mon cours en obtenant un emploi en mécanique automobile.

I like how the course was only 6 months and covered everything I needed to know. People at L’École de L’Automobile are very friendly and are always ready to help. If you are a person who is very motivated and has the inspiration to learn about automobiles, you should go there. My program gave me the edge and the confidence that I needed to join the workforce. The benefits are very good, as whenever I need anything more after I graduated they are still willing to help me.

I would definitely recommend this school because of its 6months intense course and it has great curriculum modules, it gets us ready for the workforce. In the end, I felt even though I was in school, I was still having a great time learning.

I chose L’École de L’Automobile because of the length of the program. Everybody there is willing to work in a team, to learn and to interact. I think that car fanatics and car lovers should go there. The program gave me a chance to learn a lot and it gives you solid grounds to start your career on. You learn quickly and the teachers are amazing! I would recommend ATC because I now have a good start in my career. I did not regret going to school, the teachers are great guys that know their stuff. The classes are not boring, you don’t spend your day reading books.

I was looking for a school that offers intensive classes, because I’m a fast learner. The teachers at ATC are very experienced and have helped me a lot.
